e-Hospice (HMIS–Hospital Management Information System) is designed for multispeciality hospitals, to cover a wide range of hospital administration and management processes. It is an integrated end-to-end Hospital Management System that provides relevant information across the hospital to support effective decision making for patient care, hospital administration and critical financial accounting, in a seamless flow.
Patient Registration: An integrated patient management system, this module captures all relevant patient information and automates patient administration process to offer better service standard. Besides demographic details the module provides a complete medical record of the patient in an easy to read and easy to access format.
Out-Patient Management: This module serves as an entry point to schedule an appointment with the hospital resident doctor or consultant doctor for medical consultation and diagnosis. Quick access to comprehensive patient information helps doctors take better informed and timely decisions.
In-Patient Management: Automating the day-to-day administrative activities, the In-patient module provides extensive data pertaining to admission of patient, ward management, collection of advance, planned admission, emergency admission, administration of drugs, nursing notes, charge slip, diet details, etc. This module also tracks follow-up visits, along with multiple appointments.
Integrated Billing: Billing for long term care is handled by this module, which facilitates cashier and billing operations for different categories of patients like Out-patient, In-patient and referral. Additionally, it has provision for sponsorship details and insurance information. The integrated billing module can also be seamlessly integrated with the financial accounting modules.
Laboratory: Investigation requests and the process involved in delivering results to the concerned department/doctor are automated by the laboratory module. The module supports performance of various tests under the following disciplines biochemistry, cytology, hematology, microbiology, serology, neurology and radiology, as per doctor-defined parameters.
